Order of events to obtain an access and water supply from the fire district.

Submit Documentation - Email to cbarnes@monroerfpd.org OR deliver in person to 680 commercial street, Monroe OR 97456.
Chief Barnes will schedule an appointment to perform a site visit if needed. (Usually within 1 week).
Be present during site visit to answer any questions and address any possible conditions.
Within 24-48 hours your paperwork will be finalized and either emailed to you or will be available for pickup.
Please provide:
Site plan including driveway layout. This must show where turnouts are located if applicable.
Any existing records or new engineered drawings involving bridges.
For new Construction include Engineered Drawings of the structure.
Any documentation regarding alternate methods needing to be obtained.
*The Fire District will not approve a bridge crossing for access without an engineer stamped capacity calculation.
